Funny you say off the lake by 2:00 pm. That was always my rule fishing out of Mayport Florida. Depending on weather patterns we would get those black clouds thunderstorms from west or east and sometimes south. Everybody be safe out there.

I was born in Florida and raised on the Big O ( Lake Okeechobee) and you see the clouds thats the time to head in. My dad and I did that went down the road about a half hour down and 3 tornadoes hit the area where we put in. Its no joke thats for sure. Happy Father's Day to you Bluegabe.

I watch most all your videos and love them. Why were you fishing out of the boat right next to it with gators around? I'm not to scared of the gators, I dive with them plenty. Was it just for the tube? I would have just fished from the boat. But I'm probably missing something

Because if you pay attention to the video you will clearly hear me say I didn’t have an anchor. The wind was blowing and we wouldn’t have been able to stay in one spot fishing on the boat. Plus the deck of the boat was burning hot and we actually like wade fishing!
