the mic, ANC and hear through are amazing. however, my headset keeps hanging up on calls and the voice command to answer calls are annoying. I'll be returning mine which is a bummer, had so much potential.

I have this headset and it’s an absolute piece of trash. Every once in awhile, the person on the other end will be almost inaudible, and there are crackles and pops, and static. This is the second 650 that’s done this. When I purchased it, I had the same issue, so I returned it thinking that it was that particular unit, and got a different one. That one worked for about a month before the same issues came up. Blueparrott was no help. I just dealt with it for the past year. Now I’m back to the 450 and a lot happier.

I still have the S450xt and it's been the best, tire shop removing lug nut with air gun while having phone conversation and they didn't know it. People always compliment my music too because it's loud. Only negative is it's not sturdy falls off head too easily and Bluetooth connection drops needs more distance. I recently bought Rands Skull version and it's awesome except I don't like the design for the mic, I like Blueparrot mic design better because it hides underneath headset and Rands is on top it's frustrating everytime you put on a jacket or anything the stupid mic design on Rands is the only negative.

Stay away from the S650. I’m going back to the 450. I never had issues with it. The 650 hangs up more than it lets you talk. 3 days old and I’ve dropped more calls than I ever have in yrs of owning 350’s and 450’s. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Don't buy the Rand McNally. They used cheap plastic to connect the earpiece to the headband and they break under regular usage.

Super fail on our part will improve for future videos. There is a Push to talk functionality they have built into the BlueParrott app that can intercom in a way as long as you have internet. Also other apps you may use like teams or others that support PTT could be used

This headset is garbage don't buy. Just spent 250 dollars on s650. Unit turns off every 2 min even after Dec 2022 update. This is a known issue after reading reviews yet blue parrot keeps selling faulty junk for 250 dollars! Shame on blue parrot! Cleardryve is the same way! All these trucking headset companies need to do better. A bigger names company is going to find the nitch that you guys are missing with quality and take you all out of the game. S650 being returned 2 hours after purchased. BUYER BEWARE!

Question I have for all is…. Does this headset play back the background noise through the speakers? Or do you hear exactly what the person on the other end hears? Issue I have with my current headset it I can’t hear conversations because the headphones are playing back all the external sounds which is typically very lounge engine sounds. Being that it covers both ears it will help reduce the noise around you but won't fully block out the noise. I have the B450-XT which I like except for one thing. It’s not made for big heads! I admit I have a kind of big head but I see truckers with even bigger heads so how in the world are they using these without them not giving you headaches? Mine drive me crazy with that. I think blue parrot needs to consider someway to make the adjustable for much larger heads. Then they do now.
