I have 350xt. Whenever i receive a call there is voice prompt about the caller and even after i receive the call the voice prompt keep saying "press nft button", something like that. It takes me addition 3 to 4 seconds to actually connect to the caller and i found it annoying as well. Could you please tell me how to get rid of that?

Thanks for the video! I wish I could get my blue parrot 550 to respond the way you show in the video. I have the blue parrot app installed, and it requires me to press the blue parrot button in order for it to receive a voice command.sorry if I’m missing something. Thanks again!

Here's the response from Jabra/BlueParrott: To use talk-to-text, the user would need to utilize the Phone Command on the BlueParrott headset to bring up their phone's Voice Assistant. This can be activated by either saying Hello BlueParrott or tapping the BlueParrott button when not on a phone call and then saying Phone Command. The headset will then bring up the end user's voice assistant (Siri, Google Voice, Bixby, etc.) and the end user can tell the voice assistant to send a contact to send a message to a specific contact, thus allowing them to utilize talk-to-text to send the message. How do you under mute microphone on B550-xt

By default, the Parrott Button will act as a mute on calls (unless it has been configured for another function). The Volume Up button will also function to control mute. • Unless otherwise configured, quickly pressing the Parrott Button while on a call will mute the headset. Press again to unmute. • To use Volume Up to mute the headset microphone while on a call, press and hold the Volume Up button for 1-2 seconds. To unmute, press and hold the button again for 1-2 seconds. • While muted, a reminder tone will sound every 10 seconds. Why dont they have these options for the M300-XT? It's 2022, EVERY headset should have CALLER ID and VOICE COMMANDS on it. I am really regret replacing my Voyager 5220 with this one. They need to push a firmware update to ENABLE these commands!
