On Cm : C dorian - On Gm : G dorian - On Ab7 and G7 : C blues (or switch to C harmonic minor on G7), and back to C dorian on the final Cm7. Many different options of course, but this should work.

C dorian over cm7, F dorian over fm7, Ab lydian dominant over Ab7, G altered over G7, back to C dorian
