BLUES Floyd Council Looking for my baby

Floyd Council (September 2, 1911 -- May 9, 1976) was an American blues guitarist and singer. He became a well-known practitioner of the Piedmont blues sound from that area, popular throughout the southeastern region of the US in the 1930s.

Syd Barrett's favorite musicians was Pink Anderson and this man. Syd had to come up with a band name at the last minute, so in Syds mind Pink Floyd had to be it.

It's weird that England people loved American blues, I mean some classical knowledge from UK old-school musicians plus pink Anderson or Floyd council inspirations created a bomb, Syd Barrett shared some chords to David Gilmour, really communs en American Folk, like Open Em turns in to pillow of wind
