I've been doing treatment for over a year and two years. I was a survivor of a violent family I took care of my dementia parents who are older than me. At the same time, I spent a lot of time looking after my parents for a long time, and they died three months apart Now I'm left alone without a family in the world I'm taking care of my broken mind and body.
