I started this course in January, it’s now the end of November and I have learned so much, the process you used reminded me of the famous Tom and Jerry cartoon ‘Johann Mouse’ that I used to watch as a kid where Tom learned to play Piano one note at a time up in the attic just to catch the mouse, check it out, I have enjoyed it soooo much. I popped down to see my drummer friend last month and we just jammed for hours on piano and drums using the licks and pieces we learnt, I am now armed to learn so more in the New Year, thank you so much Christian, you are an amazing teacher! 😎👍

Hi Christian, I am a 52 year old beginner piano student ... I spent a lot of money, hundreds and hundreds of euros on websites, all at a loss because they were scams! Luckily I came across your KZbin channel and just found exactly what I was expecting and looking for !!! Be sure I will transfer the money to you because you deserve it. I will become a Patreon sponsor because I respect your work and the way you teach suits me. All is said ! Sorry for my English, I'm French ... ha ha ha no comment :)

With my old fingers facing the challenge of learning to play piano, I found this lesson particularly friendly and a pace I can handle. Thank you so much for your dedication in teaching others to play piano in a manner that is not intimidating. Love your humour too. Keep on bringing that to the lessons!

Love the 1 6 2 5 turnaround. Good left hand 7 chord practice using the 4 inversions. My vertigo kicks in with all these “turnarounds.” Thank you

Interesting finding, the chord sequence (C7-A7-D7-G7) is a part of the "Circle of Fifths": Sharp-direction = C G D A ... Same happens with the 12 bar blues form from earlier lessons F *C* G (or G *D* A) Now music theory starts to make sense :)

I'll be writing to the government. The licks in this lesson should be on the list of forbidden drugs. I just played them 2hours non-stop, I just couldn't stop going round the C7-A7-D7-G7 circle again and again and again. 😀
