this is now my warm up routine every morning. This reminds me of the days when I was on a drumline... we'd always start with the basic exercises that "calibrate" our brain and get us ready to play the real stuff.... but when I was younger it was also the stuff that calibrate my hands AND brain to begin the life long journey!! thank you!

A week a go i couldn't do any of these exercises.. i practiced at least an hour on these daily and now i can do them all.. It still challenging but when i'm focus i can hold them all with few mistakes here and there.. the progress is highly measurable and this is very encouraging! Can't wait to play the blues..i think i'll be grateful for this lock down after all :p PS: The jokes makes it more enjoyable to follow and come back to your video! Thank you Christian!

Thank You Christian, I am intermediate paino player but I always have problem with keeping turning this basic LH pattern and playing with the RH ! The basic pattern of the first exercises. Sometimes I stop the LH as if my lazzy brain would say : "common, let stop this stupid pattern, it is enough ! So I will carefully practice the exercises and see if I can improve this. By the way, You said people will hate You after this lesson : for me : I click on like and subscribe your channl ! ;-) Cheers

When you say: "Always watch your left hand", do you mean that just in the context of this exercise or in general? Because I would have thought I should have ingrained the left hand so well that I'm free to look at the right hand while playing a song?

Thank you so much for these exercises... its hard but I'll get there.. Is it ok to play the left hand C with Thumb and G and A with the Pinky? Or is important to play with the 3 fingers?
