I can see why for the orange portal used Tails color pallete, but it either may be the fact that there are sprites missing from Hill Top, or that the memory is full. That's just my assumption though, it may be something else.

15:46 reminds me of the level in the Forest of Illusion in Super Mario World where the background continues scrolling even after reaching the end of the level (if you use the platforms; I usually use Blue Yoshi and fly through it which makes the scrolling not trigger). Although in the case of SMW, it's supposed to continue scrolling.

My tongue just went to a full stop for a moment, resulting in "try t' 'feat the bosses." It just halted making sound from too much d-sound/t-sound friction, that let up with the f-sound releasing my tongue. I'd compare it to pumping the brakes of a car.
