I can't get solid quality sound from this device. I have an older model in my PS4 dongle and the sound is deep and immersive. This model sounds weak and in mono.

Hello, is it possible to turn off the auto switch from Talk to Music mode, so i can stay in Music mode? If my PC doesn't play sound for like 3-6seconds (or do the switch last longer like a minute or so ) it auto switch to Talk mode and i need to click the button again to switch. But beside that its a super cool gadget.

Make sure that the switch on the dongle is set to "For Music". Other than that, unfortunately there is no way to turn off the auto switching. Thanks for the feedback!

If you don't need to use the mic on your bluetooth headset, google the question "how to disable bluetooth telephony". That should stop it from auto-switching I think?

@Avantree Every time my PS5 starts, my DG60P goes back to Talk Mode, even with the dongle switch set to Music Mode. The audio quality in Talk Mode is terrible. Can you please confirm, that users are required to double-click the MFB button on the device to enter Music Mode, *every single time* they turn on their PS5?

Hi there, the DG60P is not optimized for use with PS5. Like you said, it will enter talk mode automatically whenever you turn on your PS5. Please email us at [e-mail]. We can either refund you or upgrade you to a dongle that's better for PS5.
