Try double clicking the button on the adapter. If that doesn't work, then there's no way to fix it. It's because the adapter and the speakers don't share the same low latency Bluetooth codec (not supported).

Unfortunately there is no way to stop people from connecting to it. Although if something is connected to it at the moment, then other devices won't be able to connect until they are disconnected. If you need to clear the pairing history and kick other people's devices off, press and hold the button until the LED starts flashing, then double click the button.

That is because the headphone doesn't support faststream codec. FastStream is a type of Bluetooth codec, all the Avantree USB adapters mentioned above supports FastStream. When you connect a headphone/headset that supports FastStream to the adapter, you'll be able to get 16-bit Stereo Quality voice chats - much better than the Mono quality you've been getting through your own headphones.

How do you switch it into low latency mode? My Shure wireless headphones support aptx LL mode but i'm having a 250ms latency through this device. (I know it's about 250 because i'm using the headphones for editing and I can delay the video playback on the editing software and about 250ms is when it's in sync. I bought this dongle specifically for plug and play aptx low latency.

@@anathma Thats odd... DG80 prioritizes aptX LL so the latency should be right around 40ms. Even if it somehow went with aptX, it would be around 150. Have you tried reconnecting etc? The most basic Bluetooth - SBC is around 200ms FYI.

Hi. The key is to pair your headphones with the DG80 dongle, not your PS5. You do not need to go through your PS5's bluetooth settings. Follow the instructions in the video to pair your Turtle Beach to the DG80.

The DG80 dongle only works with Bluetooth headphones. Please check your headphones' manual to see if it supports Bluetooth. Some Bluetooth headphones will have a pairing button that doesn't look like a Bluetooth button. If you're not sure what to do, contact your headphons manufacturer's customer support.

The DG80 is audio only whereas DG45 can handle Bluetooth mouse/keyboard/controller. DG80 however, comes with aptX low latency and works with gaming consoles, hence more expensive. Both products are good, depends more on what you're planning on using them for.

We upgraded the firmware so double-click is no longer required when used on Windows. As for the audio quality drop issue when you enable your mic , it's more of a general Bluetooth thing. We managed to solve it on our own headphones but there's unfortunately nothing we can do about other manufacturer's products.

@@puneetkh1 Not necessarily hibernation. It just stops "trying to reconnect". Usually this happens after 20-30 seconds of not being able to find anything to connect to.

Hi there! It looks like the BEOPLAY H95 only supports aptX Adaptive, not aptX Low Latency codec. Since the headphones and transmitter do not share the same codec, it will default to the second best option (in this case, it should default to the normal aptX). You can learn more about the different codecs at their website: aptx.com/ Since the headsets will default to aptX, the latency should be around 100ms, which is visible, but shouldn't be too distracting to most viewers. If the issue continues, you can try resetting the devices and reconnecting them. We would also recommend using a Bluetooth device that supports the same highest codec (aptX Low Latency if you'd like to prioritize lip-sync delay, in this case) to optimize your experience. We have a few on our website that could potentially be of interest of you, but understandable if you'd like to stick with the BEOPLAY H95 with aptX Adaptive. Best of luck!

Sold as works with PS5...Would not plug and play like advertised, However when plugged into a PC first and then connect your Headphones to the dongle and then pull it out of the PC and plug into the PS5 then and only then would it work...My Headphones are Technics AW70 or my Artic pro wireless both work great when done like this...NOT PLUG & PLAY 👍

I do not recommend the product, I just bought it and I am very disappointed, I have tried with different speakers and it has a lot of latency. An expensive product that doesn't work properly.

Sorry to hear that. To clarify, the reason you're experiencing latency is likely because your speakers don't support the low latency codecs such as aptX Low Latency or FastStream. Out of the box, this product is a complete POS. Won't connect with ANY bluetooth headphones in my house. Tried 4 different ones.

Did you get both the dongle and the headphones into pairing mode? What did you plug the dongle into? It's possible there could be interference that's inhibiting the connection process.

@@Avantree I made sure the bluetooth headphones and the dongle were in pairing modes. We tried the dongle plugged into the PS4, which didn't work. We then tried it with a PC, it (shocker...) also didn't work. Returned it. Not my bag man, not as advertised. Maybe I just got a bunk one, not worth trying again though.

I'm sorry but this thing is dogshit on PC. Not even the tutorial on a factory reset works... it's ridiculous. I get sytem sounds, but no game/media audio
