Wow, super cool test! I just purchased one for my skoolie conversion and plan to ditch the larger heavy AGM batteries and maybe just have a couple Bluetti units onboard to handle my power needs. Seems more compact and less weight, plus with the built in solar MMPT controller and inverter, there's more excess gear I can get rid of.

Who needs batteries! I wash my clothes with just an old Harbor Freight 2,000W inverter and four grid tie panels in my detached garage. No batteries or charge controller. Sun needs to be shining, but I line dry so it must be a nice day. Those panels also heat a 40 gallon tank just for the laundry with excess power. Those panels also help power the house. All cycles use hot water for extra clean and clothes come out steaming. I do have the same garden hose arrangement. By code I would have to install a water meter just for the garage if permanent. I hadn't bothered before just a couple days ago to measure how many watt hours laundry took. Just under 100WH. Can't save any money washing clothes with solar. Good thing panels, inverter, hot water tank, heater controller, and the LG washer altogether cost $500.

I wash my clothes in a 10 gallon waste basket, $10, with a laundry plunger, rinse in the shower on clothes racks, $10 dollar general, then use the bluetti on the Panda spin dryer, $159,which does a super job getting water out. It's fast, cheap and actually fun beating the electric company. I then line dry the clothes inside or outside.

there are a couple of ways to extend the EB3A capacity, of course solar panels. Another is a variable power supply. Ive run a test with my power supply set it to 28 volts @ 5 amps. I got over 100 watts. My power supply is only 30 volts @ 5 amps max. But if you have a 10 amp power supply you could get more wattage, max would be around 140ish Watts? at around 8 amps @ 28 volts. Another way is a 24 volt Battery or a couple of 12 volt in Series .

Thanks for the video. However, and no-one has posted anything to help me in my quest for a battery "power station" in that I want to know for how long it will run my fridge, a Dometic/Waeco CFX 36 (35l). The manual's specs don't specify average power consumption, only its rated amps (when the compressor is running), which is around 60w. I wish that Bluetti would lend me a couple of its smaller units to test this. hint, hint... 😎
