Woo for getting the alphas! Also apparently Sneasel is based off of a Kamaitachi which is some kind of sneaky weasel--which perfectly captures the mythical Kamaitachi it's based on. The name is a compound of the Japanese words for sickle and weasel, and the methods they use to prey on humans will change the way you see Sneasels forever.(Totally didn't look it up

Here’s a cool tip you can use for water Pokémon! “If you ride basculegion in the water and use the jump button and hold down RL on the switch, you will slow down time making it easier to catch Pokémon like basculin, mantyke, remoroid, etc!” I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE WHO DIDN’T KNOW THIS!

6:15 I was in an outbreak and found a shiny basculin. I managed to save before it could run away, but did so about right when it was going to. I had to reset 3 times to catch it. Shiny basculeigon is amazing though so it was worth it

basculin was one of my first pla shinies. I was trying to find a male one to finish its dex and just caught a whole load all at once without really thinking. got back to camp and it was a shiny... and male! so now male basculegion is shiny in my pokedex

Do you perfect the dexs for the shiny alphas you're hunting or no? Just curious. I also understand your pain while going through with this hunt, my shalpha Luxray hunt is going on forever too. I've been doing it for MONTHS. But I did get shalpha Gabite and Gligar while doing it so that's awesome! They were shinies I wanted to get too. Also, when you're about to throw a Pokeball, how do you make the cross move so smoothly? It's like your using motion controls or something. Idk how you do that

been enjoying your hunts lately I watch them when im hunting myself fun fact though if an outbreak disrupts the spawn of an alpha all you have to do is clear the outbreak and save close your game and come back and that way you can soft reset for the shiny you desire just got shiny alpha electivire doing this and it only took a handful of resets it won't be that way all the time but yeah
