Im glad I saw this video bcus the ones I saw didn’t mention anything about the mineral filter. So I didn’t know if I should place the mineral filter to the carafe first, after or not at all while flushing out the water.

can you leave out the remineral filter
@JoeAlisandoАй бұрын
Yes, the re-mineralization filter attached to the carafe is optional.

I have one. We are in the first wash and it is so slow. The water is dropping little by little and the machine stop to work so it is needed to start again and again. It is normal for the first wash?
@JoeAlisandoАй бұрын
Hi, thank you for the question. The first wash is not going to produce water. It fills your filters with water as they come pretty much empty. Make sure to let the first wash run all the way through even if there is no water coming out. It may seem like the machine stopped but let it keep going. Once the first wash is complete, discard the water from the reservoir and add fresh water. The second wash should have water coming out. See the video at 9:50 for an example of the first second and third washes.

That happened to us as well- after that amount of time then do you put the filter on inside the pitcher?
@JoeAlisandoАй бұрын
Under normal circumstances, the filters do not need to be taken out of the machine during startup.

@@JoeAlisando my water still looks a bit murky/slightly dark after 7 changes of water. Is there a reason why

@@Loveisabrilliantlight on the LCD display on the machine, what do the in and out numbers say? For me the in is typically between 310-490 and the out is typically between 8-11.
@Loveisabrilliantlight6 күн бұрын
@@JoeAlisando the in ranges from 350 to 480 and the out is from 30 to 60. Also I’m getting water from a faucet that already has a house water filter (not a RO) and I’m surprised at the number being that high
@JoeAlisando6 күн бұрын
@@Loveisabrilliantlight I agree 30 to 60 out is too high. Try running a few more cycles and if the out numbers don’t consistently drop to less than 20, contact the manufacturer for support.
