I can still be Jean-Luc!!! The colors are somewhat the same, and the ear (while it is an inherited trait) could be from Jean-Juc as his ears flop down. Also the writers of Bluey have literally said that Jean-Luc learns English and move to Australia for Bluey. It could be Mackenzie but the reasons you have listed are no good enough to prove that it is either Jean-Luc or Makenzie

I don’t mean to sound matter-of-factly but the bent ear doesn’t necessarily lean towards Mackenzie being the father. First, Stripe also has a bent ear, which means the child could have gotten it from Stripe and not Mackenzie. Second, the bent ear on Mackenzie and the child do not line up, as Mackenzie’s right ear is bent opposed to the child’s left ear being bent.
