How would you rate bluffview? Is it 5 star or 4 star of 3star types ?? ... what do u say ??

I think that the location of Bluffview is ideal off Ronald Regan, the overall environment of the lots are nice and flat, with hill views all around. If you are looking to live on topography, there are other communities with that element, as far as having topography, hills and valleys surrounding you Bluffview is great. I will reserve full judgment of the community as it is still very early and the amenity center is yet to even be built. Keep in mind that Bluffview sits between a few segmented communities of Larkspur and Valley Vista. I can only judge it on the location and environment and both are great. School district is great as well.

I don't because they are only able to be obtained by an auction at the moment.
