I call this the "BlunderBell" . A combination of shopping bags, carpet scraps, duct tape and heavy stuff. I made it so I could do kettlebell swings and heavy single arm rows (like Kroc rows), and adjust the weight on the fly. It turned out better than I expected. You can also use it to quickly add weight to your pulley system, or weighted dips and chin ups.
@SpudIncStraps , if you feel compelled, make a cool version of this and put my face on it (dressed up as a pilgrim, of course). I mention this in the video somewhere around 15:30
