I know I'm going to get flack for this but I wouldn't consult my doctor before doing anything natural. Doctors have been only taught the bare essentials. In fact most of what they've been taught is so completely brainwashed into them that they'll have you on new rx meds after each appointment. They either think big pharma is a godsend or they're getting paid alot of money to write these prescriptions. I know because I use to meet with the drug reps at our office. Find a good naturalpathic doctor whose inexpensive because of they follow what they preach they won't be making huge amounts of money off of you

I ‘clearly’ remember the first day I got my glasses. I was in second grade. I struggled & struggled not to cry. I was beyond amazed. I could see clearly for the first time in my life. I could see leaves, other people’s faces, and the blackboard!! In first grade I could not see anything and my parents would scream at me for being stupid. Out of 7 children, only my brother & I needed glasses. His teacher did not buy him glasses so he would steal mine . … they were lost at a 5th grade ball game. I did not get another pair of glasses until I was 18 and bought them myself. I wonder why some people are born almost blind? Is it a birth defect? If my mother caught me wearing glasses she would slap them off my face. So I hid them under my pillow. My mother got glasses when she was 50. I wanted to slap them off her face sooooo bad. I’ve used a rebounder 5/6 days a week for 13 years, to fix and avoid edema problems.

I am 65. I have worn glasses since I was 12. I was nearsighted and had astigmatism. I didn’t do anything without my glasses. I believe at one point I was 20/800. When I reached my late forties/early fifties, I wore progressive lenses. Two years ago I had a problem with my glasses (lens fell out), and I thought I would try driving without the glasses (it was only a three minute drive), but o noticed it wasn’t terrible and I could actually see. I stopped wearing the glasses and then went to Motor Vehicle and passed the eye test!!! I struggled a little (I believe you were allowed to get 2 or 3 wrong). I didn’t get anything wrong!! When I had my eyes tested I was 20/40 in one eye and I believe 20/70 in the other! I never wear glasses at work and at night I use reading glasses as close up is blurry but not too bad. If I am driving far or in an unfamiliar area, I use my progressive lenses.

I think also that if you look up light therapy, the infra red and short wave red light heals the mitochondria of cells generally & these wavelengths penetrste the skull. So actually ensure you get sunlight on your eyes eg closed if direct at sun or open if not . Perhaps only use sunglasses for midday until 4 ish when sun most intense. But early morning and late afternoon shoukd be healing. Try & look for a naturopathic doctor as opticians are part of mainstream medicine & they don't want us healthy. Dr O'Neil would not recommend meditation or yoga for relaxation! I want to hear from Barbara O'Neil's complete lectures none of this cut and paste stuff it is too easy to misconstrue things. You should be reprimanded for selectively using parts of her messages, where is her complete message? Stop sabotaging her presentations by selectively using bits and pieces of it; and suggesting she would recommend something when I know she would not!!!

Strange that you advocate eating a bowl of leafy greens, nuts and berries. I one of your other videos, you state that Barbara does not recommend eating egetables and fruits in the same meal...it seems that your digestive system can't deal with both at the same time

Jumping jacks, bunny hop, hop scotch, jumping rope, etc. Also a drill I learned doing Kun Tao, Penjac Silat, Jeet Kune Do, Northern Shaolin Longfist, Boxing and Dancing is : Take at least 3 pillows to start and place them shoulder width apart. Start on the 1st to the left that you are facing (or right as it doesn't matter really) and hop over the pillow next to you. Then without stopping hop over the next one and yet again if using more than 3 pillows. Do this with more of a bouncing effect as you get more comfortable. This will also improve balance, coordination, stamina, breathing, heart conditioning, concentration, etc. As you get comfortable increase your speed as long as you keep your method and form perfect. I use to use chairs, night stands, buckets, saw horses or even the adjustable English Hunter/Jumper fences that I use for training my horses (both English and Western) as I got stronger, more confident and in need of more of a challenge. This would also be considered a HIIT exercise (High Intensity Interval Training) which is much healthier, easier on the body, and sustainable. Partly because it can be fun and sometimes even silly like when you were playing as a child.

Dr O Neil would never recommend Yoga OR meditation these are pagan practices. She is a Christian so the only meditation she would suggest is to meditate which the correct term means to mutter out aloud, or ponder on, is the Word of God. God's words have healing powers of their very own....I used to be a pagan and now I am a Christian, the difference is as far as chalk and cheese!

actually I have heard its good to look at the sun, alot of what she says is great other advice not so sure. Aswell as the plant based diet, I have just started eating more oiley fish, meat and eggs and feel much better. The high oxaltes in the green veg were contributing to the inflammation in my skin.

Yoga meditation bad news opens our lives to demonic forces & the law of sin & death... Only a relationship with Jesus Christ & meditation in His word gives us life & that more abundantly John 10:10 & James 4:7... ❤

How do I focus on something far away without my glasses if I can’t see anything far away without my glasses? if I takeoff my glasses, my eyes don’t try to focus at all and so it’s Catch-22. She’s not giving us enough information to do this.
