This makes me think. I grew up hating drinking water. I suffered migrain, constipation, aching bones, acne, dry skin.....the list is endless to think of it. Could it be the water issue? I thank Gods mercy that sustained me through it all. This was in my teenage years, and it was only my mid 50's when i became health conscious. No wonder so many health challenges and still batling with stomach lining because of painkillers i took yet little water was consumed. Im speechless to discover the underlying issues regarding my health status. Thanks, Barbara O'Neil, knowledge packed❤❤❤

There are so many people out there who say they don’t like water. I am from the Islands and I found that very odd when I came here and people say they didn’t like the taste of water. Growing up as an islander when we were thirsty most times the only thing available was water. Our refrigerator was filled with water bottles not soda. We couldn’t afford that. So grateful for those days.

@galya1470 Honestly, I don't know how I pulled through. I remember that I could be constipated for up to two weeks and eventually developed hemorrhoids/ piles and underwent a painful operation, but still, no water consumption, 💔. I believe it's only God who sustained me. Eei! Spiritual awakening.

Summary: The article emphasizes the importance of drinking water for maintaining health and preventing diseases, particularly relating to dehydration. It outlines the daily water loss from the body through various processes and stresses that at least two liters of pure water should be consumed daily. Citing Dr. Batman Gage's research, it suggests that dehydration is a root cause of several medical issues, including peptic ulcers, headaches, and digestive problems. The article details five key rules for proper hydration: drink eight glasses of water daily, drink a glass of water half an hour before meals to thicken the stomach lining, avoid drinking water during meals to prevent dilution of hydrochloric acid, limit caffeine intake as it dehydrates the body, and take Celtic salt before drinking water to enhance cellular absorption. It concludes with a guideline for calculating daily water needs based on body weight, indicating that these practices can significantly improve overall health and aid in the prevention of various ailments.

Barbara O’Neill, so wise and bright, Guides us all towards health’s true light. She speaks of water, sip by sip, A vital gift for every lip. “Take it with you,” she gently advises, “In the kitchen, where life arises. To the bathroom, keep it near, At the table, far or near.” At the desk, let it always stay, A steady companion throughout the day. Sip, sip, sip, don’t let it rest, Eight glasses daily-give it your best. For water’s power is often missed, A healing force, pure and crisp. It cleanses, nourishes, and renews, The simplest cure for the body to use. So heed her words, so wise and clear, Keep water close and hold it dear. Let Barbara’s teachings fill your cup, And drink to health-sip up, sip up!

I had Ulcers and what cured it was a liquid nutritional diet. Makes sense. You can find it in the book "Crohns and Colitus the Flare Stopper System" by Galina Kotlyar. I also learned that ulcers are caused by bacteria. I got mine from continuously eating contaminated food. So painful. But anyway, I did the liquid diet for a whole month. On day 3 all my symptoms went away, stomach pain, blood in stool, yellow liquid diarrhea, high grade fevers. Gone! On day 3!!! And after the diet I was completely healed! That was in 2022 and I have not had them again to this day. Completely healed. Not temporary at all!

Thought my ankles would swell and I would be peeing all night. My ankles have not swelled and I stop at pm except for the glass next to my bed which I sip if awake. I have never felt better. After a stroke, I was in a rehab for 3 weeks. The CNAs didn't like to change diapers, so they would refuse to give us water (with the theory being that the less water we drank, the less they would have to change diapers). After the bad food, diuretics, lack of liquids, etc., I literally came out of there 26 pounds lighter than when I went in. I was sooooo dehydrated! 🥵

When I was in hospital in late May, (a broken wrist,) they did blood tests (as they do on everyone! 😖) and I was surprised to be told I was "extremely dehydrated!" Or perhaps it was the urine test which gave that result? No matter, the point is, I never felt thirsty and would've thought I'd drunk enough water during the day, but apparently the water wasn't reaching into the cells! I'll be looking out for Celtic salt. Thanks for the information.

Absolutely right! Water has always been my favorite drink since childhood. I drink 3 liters a day, just driving and walking, more with heat and activity. I noted this from road trips where I bring all my water from home so I can measure. And I drink before I eat. I don't like to dirty my water bottle by eating and drinking together.🤣When I was fat, it was because of ice cream...and being thirsty makes you crave ice cream, and maybe sugar too. Now every time I want ice cream, I first drink water...usually I change my mind about the ice cream, and it works for junk food too.

Thank you for sharing this video. , I notice how much information it contains and I feel appreciative as it fulfils my need for learning and support. I'd like to suggest an alternative title for clarity: "Hydrate Your Way to Wellness: Support Brain Health and Boost Your Body's Natural Healing" The 7 stages of disease in natural hygiene refer to a framework that describes the progression of health issues from optimal health to severe disease. Advocates of natural hygiene suggest that disease exists as a body's way of cleansing and healing itself, emphasizing the importance of supporting the body's natural processes rather than solely focusing on eliminating symptoms. A balanced approach to health involves recognizing the importance of both proper nutrition and hydration, as well as the complexity of diseases like cancer that may require evidence-based medical treatments. While it's vital to promote professional healthcare, also remain aware of potential profit motives in the pharmaceutical industry.

I nearly died by drinking 8 glasses of water. It dropped my sodium to 109 ... critical is 125. I was hospitalized for 4 days on a sodium drip. Depending on your size will determine the amount of water is proper for you.

A doctor I follow said to drink till you’re not thirsty as everyone isn’t the same. He said that 8 glasses a day is ridiculous for some. He said it does you no good to just have to pee all day… so drink what works for you.

I know a guy this happened to he is short and not a big guy at all. He went overboard drnking water because kidney stones ran in his family and he was trying to prevent that but drinking too much water almost killed him it was really bad. I never knew drinking water could have that type of effect.

Whatever they did teach you, it was what they knew at the time. I learned in therapy that as humans, we do the best we can with the info we know at any given time. If we're open to grow, we allow new data to help us change for the better. However, if we're never exposed to certain things, we can only put out what was poured in. Idk your story or theirs, but hopefully they did their best with what they knew at that time. You get to share what you know with whomever you can, even if it's you writing a blog or an eBook or just a random convo. 💙

I agree with all of this…. But in another video, I watched of yours on tooth decay, you said that part of peoples problem with tooth decay is that we are constantly drinking water. Because drinking water has been such a big push. You said that it does not give the saliva time in our mouth to fight bacteria. which made complete sense so I try to drink the bulk of my water at different times instead of sipping throughout the day. But in this video you were saying to constantly drink water…… please clarify. I agree with both, they both make sense….. but the ideas contradict each other. and I enjoy your videos. Thank you.

This is not Barbara's video. This is a video compiled by a third party, and they took a bunch of clips from her other videos and put them together here. This gives the appearance that she is strictly recommending all this water. I I'm going to search for her original videos about water consumption, because this one is out of context.
