This makes me think. I grew up hating drinking water. I suffered migrain, constipation, aching bones, acne, dry skin.....the list is endless to think of it. Could it be the water issue? I thank Gods mercy that sustained me through it all. This was in my teenage years, and it was only my mid 50's when i became health conscious. No wonder so many health challenges and still batling with stomach lining because of painkillers i took yet little water was consumed. Im speechless to discover the underlying issues regarding my health status. Thanks, Barbara O'Neil, knowledge packed❤❤❤

There are so many people out there who say they don’t like water. I am from the Islands and I found that very odd when I came here and people say they didn’t like the taste of water. Growing up as an islander when we were thirsty most times the only thing available was water. Our refrigerator was filled with water bottles not soda. We couldn’t afford that. So grateful for those days.

Summary: The article emphasizes the importance of drinking water for maintaining health and preventing diseases, particularly relating to dehydration. It outlines the daily water loss from the body through various processes and stresses that at least two liters of pure water should be consumed daily. Citing Dr. Batman Gage's research, it suggests that dehydration is a root cause of several medical issues, including peptic ulcers, headaches, and digestive problems. The article details five key rules for proper hydration: drink eight glasses of water daily, drink a glass of water half an hour before meals to thicken the stomach lining, avoid drinking water during meals to prevent dilution of hydrochloric acid, limit caffeine intake as it dehydrates the body, and take Celtic salt before drinking water to enhance cellular absorption. It concludes with a guideline for calculating daily water needs based on body weight, indicating that these practices can significantly improve overall health and aid in the prevention of various ailments.

I had Ulcers and what cured it was a liquid nutritional diet. Makes sense. You can find it in the book "Crohns and Colitus the Flare Stopper System" by Galina Kotlyar. I also learned that ulcers are caused by bacteria. I got mine from continuously eating contaminated food. So painful. But anyway, I did the liquid diet for a whole month. On day 3 all my symptoms went away, stomach pain, blood in stool, yellow liquid diarrhea, high grade fevers. Gone! On day 3!!! And after the diet I was completely healed! That was in 2022 and I have not had them again to this day. Completely healed. Not temporary at all!

Or perhaps it was the urine test which gave that result? I noted this from road trips where I bring all my water from home so I can measure. And I drink before I eat. I don't like to dirty my water bottle by eating and drinking together.🤣When I was fat, it was because of ice cream...and being thirsty makes you crave ice cream, and maybe sugar too. Now every time I want ice cream, I first drink water...usually I change my mind about the ice cream, and it works for junk food too.

Thank you for sharing this video. , I notice how much information it contains and I feel appreciative as it fulfils my need for learning and support. I'd like to suggest an alternative title for clarity: "Hydrate Your Way to Wellness: Support Brain Health and Boost Your Body's Natural Healing" The 7 stages of disease in natural hygiene refer to a framework that describes the progression of health issues from optimal health to severe disease. Advocates of natural hygiene suggest that disease exists as a body's way of cleansing and healing itself, emphasizing the importance of supporting the body's natural processes rather than solely focusing on eliminating symptoms. A balanced approach to health involves recognizing the importance of both proper nutrition and hydration, as well as the complexity of diseases like cancer that may require evidence-based medical treatments. While it's vital to promote professional healthcare, also remain aware of potential profit motives in the pharmaceutical industry.

I agree with all of this…. But in another video, I watched of yours on tooth decay, you said that part of peoples problem with tooth decay is that we are constantly drinking water. Because drinking water has been such a big push. You said that it does not give the saliva time in our mouth to fight bacteria. which made complete sense so I try to drink the bulk of my water at different times instead of sipping throughout the day. But in this video you were saying to constantly drink water…… please clarify. I agree with both, they both make sense….. but the ideas contradict each other. and I enjoy your videos. Thank you.

This is not Barbara's video. This is a video compiled by a third party, and they took a bunch of clips from her other videos and put them together here. This gives the appearance that she is strictly recommending all this water. I I'm going to search for her original videos about water consumption, because this one is out of context.

That's what I came here to say the lady in this video has another video and she encourages drinking water in five or six sits not sipping all day because it removes the minerals from your mouth.

Question: Can we drink less water, when we consume structured water? (I use an Analemma)
@reginapeterson97013 ай бұрын
I've always been told you drink 1 half of your body weight in ounces. So 180 pound person would drink 90 ounces a day. From the book "you're not sick, you're thirsty".

Depends if you sweat. When I do out door work I have drunk upto 6 lts of water. Even then urination is less than normal qty. In rainy season it becomes around 2lts. There is no one size fits all. Your body will tell you, and you need to learn to listen.
