I've made this flaxseed gel for my hair (it's wonderful) - you don't want to leave it out. I would suggest freezing it in small quantities (like an ice cube tray) to have a daily, cool amount to soothe your eyes and skin.

I’m sorry about that. I had under eye filler about 8years ago. I had no problem with it at all but many people do. You have to be very careful. Filler’s don’t help much with dark circles, it’s more for volume loss. If you have lumps you should see a dermatologist. Try silicone gel patches under the eye.

Though you seem to give advise specifically directly at women as a man and getting older I am intrigued about those personalized face yoga sessions. My area of concern is under eye area, will try flaxseed recipe. But it is better with a product I came across with. But may be interested in your sessions.
