The cat with the missing leg... Yeah, I had a dog with the exact same issue (along with being blind in one eye). I adopted him from a co-worker. First thing I did was scratch behind his ear for him, and after that, he adored me. Just needed a little love and attention.

Child Blu. That was a CHILD. Not a teenager. And yes it was on purpose. They waited until that little girl was RGHT there and the car door FLEW open. FAST. That was just exceedingly unnecessarily aggressiveness on the part of the cops.
