Some of the prices on CC toys seem almost too good to be true! Are you certain these dolls are Tamara release and not a clone or factory girl dressed as the doll? I'm thinking about a few of my dream girls off there!

I have unboxings of a number of them on my youtube channel, so you can see that they look like the real deal. I don't think their prices are really that low. They seem average. I have seen some of the same dolls on Junie Moon, and actually, Junie Moon usually has them for a little less, but they add on shipping charges later, which I heard can be about $25-30US. I have also seen popular dolls on CCToys that were crazy high. They had Venture Arden for $1,000 at one point. I saw another popular Blythe for $2,000+ on there, so yes, I think they are real, but I wouldn't go so far as to say lower in price.

+Tammy Powley (Crafty Princess) one of the dolls I've been wanting is very Vicky and it seems every time I find her she is over $300USD! They have her for less than that, so it seems a good deal to me (: I did notice a lot of folks were a bit pricy though.

Mattys Dollies You do have to shop around.For example, Ebay and Amazon are always much higher than CCToys and Junie Moon. I would never suggest buying from them unless you can't find the doll anywhere else, at least as far a stock Blythes go. I also have seen crazy prices sometimes from people selling from their own collections. Very Vick is a cute doll, but she should be more around $200 tops.

How about on eBay when they say factory Tekkara? No clothes

+reeetacraft Normally, when a listing says "factory" or "fake," they are not real Takara dolls. I know it sounds weird because you'd think a factory doll comes from a Takara factory, but that's not the case. If you want a real doll, look for "stock" in the description. Plus, as I stated in this video, I personally recommend buying a real stock Blythe from a retailers who gets the dolls from Takara.

From what I read on their "about" page, they started with the shop and expanded to the web. I'd be interested to see what you find out. Maybe they have some stock right there, which would be really awesome!

+Tammy Powley yes they do have some stock in, like all the Pullips and Blythe dolls are in stock and the bjds aren not unless they say IN STOCK. i bought my first BJD from there just by walking in. they also have consignment dolls there that are not listed. But yes the shop is small, but they usually have a good amount of dolls there. I just picked up my first Ai doll this morning from a Tuesday Morning. i have been on the fence about Pullip and Blythe cus i really dont understand the difference to much, maybe you can help

+javiphotog37 That is way cool! I have been thinking of doing a video comparison of the 2 dolls bc I also had a hard time at first understanding the difference. I wish there was a Tues. Morning around here. We don't even have a mall in the county where I live! Keep tuned then. I actually filmed a video (not published) about the 2 dolls but I want to redo it.

Why is it called Fake?

+reeetacraft Because fake Blythe dolls are not authentic Blythe dolls sold by Takara. They are "knock offs" sold by vendors who are not Takara retailers.Real Blythe dolls are manufactured by Takara.
