Dude, I also have to thank you for these videos. I am not really new to Falcon 4.0 (flying it since 1999), but after a very long break it is good to have such well done videos which make it much easier to find my way back into the cockpit. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the nice tutorial. 2 questions: 1) How do you load charts and other stuff to the pad on the right leg? 2) How did you set up the voice commands?

Thanks for putting these out. Very helpful for a new BMS guy. Can I ask how you got approach plates and mission info to appear on your knee boards? Is that through WDP, in-game options, or some other third party utility?
@arabianjules3 жыл бұрын
WDP
@steviesgames3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's done with WDP: On the "DataCard" tab click on "Upd Kneeboard" on the lower left side. Then click "Browse Picture" in the middle of the popup, point to the image file (.jpg, .png, .bmp, .dds; image ratio of 1:2 eg. 1000 x 2000 px) you want to insert, choose the page number and click on the one of the "Insert" button to add it to the left or the right kneeboard. Click "Save", wait a few seconds, and your kneeboard is updated. B)

@@steviesgames Where do you get your navigation charts from Stevie? I found that one on a Canadian F4 fan site but I can't help thinking there's an easier way. I don't see them in BMS nor in WDP folders. Thank you very much.
@steviesgames3 жыл бұрын
@@chrismcgourty1756 The charts come with the BMS install. You can find them in your "Falcon BMS 4.35\Docs\03 KTO Charts" folder. Here they are converted to .png format if you want to add them to your kneeboard: drive.google.com/file/d/1AAg-8jahRXC0eGw2infqWs0pf3qpRMjJ/view?usp=sharing

Hello Stevie. I'm almost 48 yrs now, and i tried F4AF before and BMS 4.32 long time ago. I've started again learn to fly 😀, yours movies are very helpfull, especially cause they are divided to parts with descripcion do i can easily repeat that what o need. Thx for that. But now i have different problem, i did complete erase of DTC and my mfd's are completely out of good configuration in all modes( for example my FCR didn't work after DTC loading). How to restore this or where to look to set this properly? Thx for response.
@steviesgames2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Gald you're enjoying it! You can change the MFD settings if you click on the DTC icon on the right side (on any mission: training, TE, or campaign), and then on the MFD tab. Set them how you like them, and then click save. Or you can use the Weapon Delivery Planner for that. Hope that helps you with your problem. 🙂 Your MFD settings are stored in your "callsign.ini", you find it in the "Falcon BMS 4.36\User\Config".
