Bms comumication on axpert/voltronic and Freedomwon etower lithium battery

Thank you. I have Axpert Voltronic 11kw inverter and SRNE 5.12kwh server rack battery. I cannot get them to communicate and gets error code 61 each time I tried. The SRNE manual says to set the DIP switch of the master to zero and the slave to 1, which I did. Any suggestion?

Helo boss pleas check the pinout diagram for the rs485 on the axpect most uses 3and 5 but battery not sure wath is the pinout layout if you dont mind sharing [phone]

@@sunraysolarenergy5862 The vendor sent me this message," The 485 pin of the inverter is 5A3B, and our company's 485 pin is 7A8B. If the customer wants to perform 485 communication, the line sequence needs to be modified so that pin 5 is connected to pin 7, and pin 3 is connected to pin 8". Could you explain in a layman's term what the message means and how I can achieve that?

Rs485 baud rate inverter must match the battery baud rate. B/r 9600 or another but they must be the same
