Congratulations!! Spend time getting prepared with the pre-addressed envelopes, with PT, and with learning the Air Force Song and the Airman's Creed. Spend time with your family as much as you can, because you will miss them. My son arrived at BMT on 2 AUG 22 and we can't wait to see him and his flight graduate. Don't be scared. You can do this!!

Yes, do not bring anything that didn’t come in it’s original packaging. It will get thrown away

Packing list? WTF? I took nothing to Marine Corps bootcamp. Anything I would have brought would have been thrown away or stored anyway. You were provided everything you would need for the next 3 months.

Take enough for about 3 days, because you will be issued undergarments a couple days into basic, afterwards all your civilian clothes will be locked up for the rest of basic.

Only males get issued undergarments, females on the other hand do not, so bring your own 1 each day of the week or you can buy there when you arrive

Bring your own, I brought like 5-6 neutral colored sports bras and 10-12 pairs of undergarments because we do laundry almost everyday

yes, currently it is but you can try to go in with an religious exemption. Talk to your local recruiter about it, they would have more info.

Not always, it’s a COVID thing, so it’s subject to change. We got one a week, apart from one time where it was taken from us as a punishment lol

In all 3 squadrons i went to, yes we got them every week and the time varied by our performance.
