Yes it comes with two usb type c ports, one is for charging then the second one I use to display to one monitor and an hdmi to display to the other monitor

Yes, you can show whatever you wanna show on any of the three displays. Its set to extend so one monitor you can have chrome open, another monitor the settings page and the other monitor show something else at the same time.

Not really, parkings are allocated based on the unit you have so some people have one parking and end parking on other peoples parkings so to avoid that people park like that to protect both their spots
