When I play music via the screen, it doesn’t play any sound. What did I do wrong?

I got same issue but also can’t see the screen when clicking original menu /idrive. Did you have this issue ?

@ I uninstalled the screen and re installed it. The sound issue was because some cables weren’t properly connected to I had to push them in to make sure the connection is 100%. And I also notice my screen going black at times, so I just hard press the menu button for a few seconds until it comes back
