BMW 123D STAGE 1 *EGR/DPF DELETE*

In todays video we feature this little BMW 123D we had in recently for a full custom cat back, DPF delete and EGR blank and a Stage 1 map to tie it all together.
Right off the bat the car sounded loads better with the new custom exhaust which also allowed better flow of exhaust gasses too, We also blanked off the EGR and deleted the DPF for better results too and better noise!!
The map improved the car massively, Greatly improving throttle response and cutting turbo lag aswell. The car was quite a handful afterwards which is more what you'd expect from a twin turbo!!

What happens When you get the car MOT if you take the DPF out

It fails, if you get a dpf delete get it from somewhere that does MOTs or find someone who does dodgy cars.

Just removing the dpf internals on a car, it will still pass a MOT if the engine is healthy. A unhealthy engine in a car with a dpf still in place is more likely to fail. But becuase he's removed the egr as well that's a different matter!

N47 or B47

+ you can just install a 125d pump on a 123d and go higher. Their torque seems little, either it's wrong or that's just a bad tune.

@@dk_mania both to be honest are better. N47 so long as people have serviced regularly

@@EditCrazeEdit n47 has minor issues, but most importantly has a solid engine block and a very well set up biturbo system in the 123d

Should have just left the exhaust alone. All 4 cylinder diesels sound awful!
