I prefer the a class here,the interiors are extremely good looking and offer the premium feel more than the bmw,the bmw thought might be more stylish and aggressive on the outside,the a class still gets my money over it

Merc has done it, it’s so good, I saw the cla 200 as well, didn’t do much, wasn’t good enough, but this, I’m all for it, I’m getting one as soon as lockdown lifts here

Benz under thigh support is not an issue , bmw low space at the back is also not an issue .both are great cars in their ways nothing to complain on both .

I'm an owner of BMW M2 Series GC Diesel and already done 2500 km with about 1000km on high way but the main problem with ground clearance a bit problematic with Indian roadside with pot holes and uneven road surfaces in different occasion. Also feeling a fearing factor on road bumpers and speed breakers. It requires to put more attention during driving. Otherwise the driving pleasure is superb. I drove non stop about 300+ km but never felt exhausted. The car gives a confidence even 170kmph speed and never felt any nervous. But this vehicle should come with Android which is a biggest handicap of this car.

The Merc has a better backseat. That’s about it. The BMW is better at pretty much everything else. The driving dynamics are incomparable. The interior looks better on the Merc but the build quality is average at best. Lots of wobbly bits.

Twin clutch is always a problem at lower speeds. However there is no match to a twin clutch performance, but for a daily routine a Torque Converter is a better option

I think the main competitor of the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is the Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class Coupe, not the A-Class Sedan... because the equivalent competitor for the A-Class Sedan is the BMW 1 Series Sedan which is currently only sold in the Chinese and Mexican markets.
