Not too knowledgeable with dragy....I just got it today and have only downloaded app on phone. This view that you have (looking out front windshield with display love recording on that same view). You do this basically by just hitting camera icon on dragy screen and pointing phone to road in front of car?

Yes exactly but you have to press the same button again to stop recording otherwise it will not save the video/run. Afterwards you have to go to the video/run you recorded and tap "export"
