Hi! This sounds really nice! Do you remember when was the MPPSK kit installed? It seems like from July 2017 and on, the "gunshot" sounds were deleted by BMW through updated coding.

Really? Maybe you have just the exhaust and not the power kit, i heard from people if you only have the “performance exhaust” it wont have as many pops then with the power kit.. interesting

@@Mike604 i think its just the amount of fuel which is used when traction is on. so awd is a bit louder down low because they have more power to use but thats all. i have heard both now and couldnt tell the difference

I've been told yes by some dealers, no by others... the M Power Kit is just a tune at the end of the day... one dealer told me the exhaust doesn't add horsepower, I was a bit confused by that but anyway... for the tune, the dealership wanted to charge me $895 CAD so about $675 USD... I was lucky to have found a 2018 with the MPPSK already installed, it's great... you can't hear the sound all that much from inside, they're so well soundproofed! You hear noise, but it's very, very muffled...

@@9833000 the MPE is only a catback exhaust so it won’t affect performance. You have to change the downpipe for that, but BMW wont do that because of emissions
