You’ve got a much better result than I have on my E90 rear shelf. I used two cans of the Autoglym and it’s still purple and patchy.

@Mark Wright Sorry to heard that! I'm hearing mixed results from that stuff. It only just covered mine and some people said they had half a can left after and got better results than me. If fact someone said it was my fault the coverage wasn't good enough. The dye does act as a good undercoat if you wanted to go over it with a black spray. This would cover the patches and give you a better uniformed colour. This was going to be my plan B if it didn't cover completely.
