BMW 5 Series N47 Performance Upgrade: DPF, Turbo, Flexi Pipe

Quick video on my BMW E61 exhaust upgrade..this wasn't dine to gain the extra 10hp but just for the cosmetic look. in this video we have changed the flexi pipe this is known to break over time, DPF was blocked so we had to gut this out and whisky we were doing this we thought of adding the quad exhaust on it. no extra noise or anything just for the looks.
we have also discovered the turbo had oil inside it which was letting the oil out through the exhaust system which lead to heavy smoke. this has been also changed with used working one and new seals from BMW.

It would have looked better with just the twin pipe on the near side

So the clogged DPF damaged the Turbo?

Yeah I'm sure that's not dpf that got gutted there :D

@ArtursMusic you may have it confused with the prefacelift e60/e61 different setup with facelift.

@@BMWRestored oh. fair enaugh.. I thought that especialy facelifted should have same setup as my n47 f10.. Definetley better placement and easier to get it out for gutting :D

Should've made a bigger hole on DPF housing, noone will notice this was hollowed out.

01:45 it not the DPF! The DPF ist on the Turbo side.
