So the LCI model cant have LED bright angel eye because the bulb serves two purposes?

Hello, correct, you could put a brighter fog lamp bulb in that would brighten the angel eyes, but since they both use the same bulb, both would be brighter.

Hello, not sure, but if the higher watt lights put out a lot more heat than the standard lights, it may cause internal wiring to get damaged even faster than it already does.
