hi, just changed my door, everything is fine but my cabin light won't turn off. When i open that door it won't turn on, when I open every other door it works fine but won't turn off until I turn it off or unplug door. Do you have any advice?

By any chance, do you know if the door trim has to be completely removed in order to install those "optional rear sunshades"? Curious cause I picked up a set online and I know I need to cut the plastic trim in the middle of the door so it will fit, but I'm wondering if I can just slide it into place without having to remove the interior trim and plastic lining around the top of the door, thanks.

Not sure if you ever showed it directly, but it didn’t seem like that big of a dent/damage? I was somewhat surprised you replaced the whole door and have to worry about potentially mismatching paint, poor alignment/gaps, damage during shipping, etc. - maybe it was worse than it seemed tho. Good to know I can get a new door for that cheap tho haha

Yes, was one of those dents that’s hard to see in the light- especially on a black car.

Do you know if them door hinges can be adjusted?, fitted a new drivers door but it needs to go a few millimetres towards the passenger door

Are you able to pop out dents from the inside of the door? When you took off the black foam I couldn’t see if you were able to push out dents from the inside. ??

If I buy a door same color as mine everything working on the new door I should be able to just unplug the wire harness and unbolt it then put the new one on without moving all those parts over right? I ask because my door actuator broke as well as my window regulator but I found a replacement door and everything works on it so I’m basically just swapping the full door everything should match up correctly right?? Thanks in advance in case you respond

I didn’t see that much damage. Dent wizard would have boxed this and even if a autobody guy to touch it up. Would have saved you hours and probably have cost you $150-300. Also if it’s painted it won’t match the fade your sun did to your old paint to compare to your fresh painted door. Now you have to have a body guy fade the paint to the rest of your car.
