Thank you so much for this. You did an EXCELLENT job, no need to search for other videos, you covered everything! FYI for all... now you can get replacement covers and just replace that instead of the entire armrest. Got mine off eBay for $23 AND... it's real leather!

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. We just replaced a similar arm rest in a 2004 BMW 325i and this was extremely helpful. There were a few differences but assembly is essentially the same.

I know this is an old video but ive been on the fence on which to buy leather or vinyl from ECS or FCP Euro etc but if you really cant tell the difference its hard to justify triple the price.. If it looks like leather still ( video looks no diff then leather model ) looks like you just made up my mind.... How does it look still good?

Im actually doing something similar with the glove box area. I've just had bad luck with interior dye, so I'm trying to find pieces that were originally black.

i got my leather cover on amazon for 25$ and did mine it is very easy but get your self some contact cement
