BMW E36, Remove and install A/C belt

Thanks for posting this video. I've had my 1993 318is for over 20 years and I rebuilt the engine two years ago but never connected the belt. I had left the tensioner off, so when I finally found it and went to install it, I completely spaced-out how it tensioned. A picture is worth a thousand.......

My ac tensioner is on the top side of the belt, and doesn’t have a nut, only a hex.

Sy pake continental 4pk 890 tpi kepndekan. Kurang 1 cm dngan yg lama. Apa yg merk contitech 4pk 890 kali ya om?

Om, tensioner itu normalnya mulus apa emang seret gitu, soalnya punyaku seret, kalo aku kencengin stelannya pas mesin nyala berisik tp kalo ac nyala berisiknya ilang, trus coba kendorin dikit, pas nyala gak bunyi tp pas ac nyala malah bunyi.. jd bingung apa tensioner jelek ya?

Sy agak kurang paham dg kata seret. Maksudnya seret adalah kasar? Kalo berisik, kemungkinan bisa berasal dari belt atau dr tensioner
