326hp and thats at the crank. The dyno measures at the wheel, which you lose a lot from the big heavy auto.

@@Dudmd2 oh I thought it was at the wheel. Do you know much hp it loses with the manual transmission found on the 850ci. Also some sources say 322 hp or 326.

@@georgeyaknowthegeorgeyeathatme Years later, but you have to factor in about 15% drivetrain loss with a manual. 326hp x 0.85 = 277whp. I'd say add another 10hp to that because BMW always underrates their engines. So I'd bet a mint 850Ci would make about 290whp.

Hey I want to supercharge my e38 2001 740i what supercharger should I go with? also should I change my headers when I supercharge and intake manifold?

M60 manifold is a good idea Exhaust you can leave stock headers or go with tubular headers. Supercharger kit just go with a complete kit
