I have 0445110219 injectors. But 184 and 193 engines have different injectors and different pistons. My injectors won't work in e39.

really nice car and detailed description. Did you reinforce the subframe and what radiator are you using? I just sent off my diff for a rebuild for a plated LSD with 45% lock, wish I had gone for 2.28 ratio not the 2.47

That was good decision to stay with 2.47 gearing. Going to 2.28 will make your car accerelate slower in any gear. Maybe your 1/4 mile time will be better because of one gear change less, but oveall it's not worth it. My plan is to reinforce subframe during 2020 winter season. Stock 330d radiator with 330i electric fan (instead of mechanical fan and auxiliary ac fan) Let me know how 45% LSD will work, because it seems pretty agressive for daily driving

hey! i have 3 transmision for my 330cd.....2.81quaife lsd diferential....2.47oem and 2,28 and ceramic clutch reinforced! i like how it fell with 2,28 ! the engine run good on low rpm!!! on autoband its a pleasure to drive!!! the 2,81 diferential i buy from an automatic 330d but is to agresive and for my opinion....kill the double masse clutch quick! i inspect every 10.000km the clutch!

It's definitely not reliable setup. First engine said enough after 15000km. Second long block have over 40000km but I'm not abusing it like before.

Bardzo ladnie idzie! Ja mam hybridowy turbo od TX turbo, Injk 535d, duzy IC itd. 3" DP ale niestety originalna przepustnice od dolotu... bardzo to dlawi. Kolektor zeliwbny obrobiony od strony turbo, ale od strony glowicy nic nie zrobilem. Czy zostawiles kanaly wydechowe w glowicy ori, czy tez je obrobiles? I tez powieklszyles przepustnice w kolektorze od strony glowicy?

Lovely pulls, iam interested in making my own something similar but mine is 6 speed manual and iam also looking to make my top speed more up, like 280 kmh or more the engine is super strong car is light weighted and improved aerodimics so the engine definitely can hold it but what would you recommend I do to reach extreme top speed and still keep my gearbox if posible, thanks and maybe we ride them together some day when I fix mine hehe

Put the Diff from the pre-facelift E46 330d on it, it will pull 270ish at 4500 in top gear, which gives a theoretical topspeed over 300 km/h if you manag to push the needle any further.

@@Sweetiepie007 the pre-facelift's gearbox has shorter gear ratios, but a longer rear diff. The facelifz gearbox has slightly taller gears (and an additional one) with a shorter rear diff. Combine the 6 speed box with the taller pre FL rear diff and you get a 270+ capable machine.

Still on first block, but I'm aware I'm practically driving a ticking bomb ;) Your problems seems a little bit strange to me since M57 is pretty steardy motor. Only real problem are pistons, which are proned to melting under a lot of stress...

Everybody are calling those big hybrids "gt2571", but I believe not every wheels in that size works the same. I'm guessing in my case they're something like 54/49 turbine and 71/54 compressor, but I'm not sure. All I know it was 500 Euros and it works great. 2.6 or 2.7 bar boost. It's the "special one" exhaust manifold. Looks like OEM one, but it has got bigger "runners". It was around 120 Euro and I get from the same guy, who did my turbo upgrade. I already have Snow Performance Stage 2 water/meth System. Car did 449/875 diesel only and 471/937 with meth. No suprise injectors made huge difference. You got fuel, you got air, you have power; easy. I think CP3 mod not gave much HP gain, but the great thing is there is no faulty codes for dropping rail pressure (which is pretty common when you start pushing fuel system to the limits). I recently did 9.36 sec 100-200km/h on Dragy 10Hz GPS. Not bad for 15 years estate car :) Next mod will probably be pre-lci 330d diff

@@vaislaj It's pretty simple. Stock gearing is 2.47 and with 265/35/18 rear tires I'm shifting to 5th at around 185 km/h. So with 100-200 I need to do 2 changes from 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5th. Pre-lci 330d is 5 speed, that why it has longer gearing, 2.28 to be exact. With the same tires in theory you can make as much as 205 km/h on 4th gear so you will need one gearchange less. And in my case every gear change is around 0.35 loss, so I think there is potentialy 0.2-0.3s to gain, which will be enough to break 9s ;)

Hello! It runs very nice! Could you list some mods? Have you changed valve springs? R90 pump, gt2871? Over 125mg and 2.7bar for that power, thats for sure.

I added mod list to video desciption, you can check it. Can't say everything and I don't even know everything (I'm not a tuner myself), but turbo is stock unit built to big hybrid (maybe gt2571v, not sure). R90 pump with small mod and boost is set at 2.6 bar, probably turbo will overboost to 2.7bar in 5th and 6th gear. I have no idea how much mg but I know injection durations are very long

By rear axles you mean halfshafts? Maybe your remap is off, too much torque too soon in the rpm range. I tried not to floor my car from low rpm (below 2000) and also definitely remap is limiting what turbo and fuel system can deliever between 2000-2500. I think I have 500nm 2000 rpm, maybe more could potentialy give me problems with axles

Stock brakes for now haha. Just good Ravenol 325+ fluid. I'm planning "custom" BBK for front and rear. I have already bought rotors (Front 360x30 e90 m3 and Rear 328x20 e46 m3). Looking for best caliper option. There are couple of option Audi Akebono, poular Cayenne/Touareg, MB W163, Megane III RS. Just want to find best combo with brake pad selection, price, look and fitment. Stock brakes are powerful but they will last only 3-4 200+ to 100 km/h braking because front rotors are too thin (25mm) and they'll warp pretty fast

First I'm not a tuner myself, second since you have e39 530d it's M57 engine, mine is M57N; they're completely different. Third you have gt2260v turbo, mine ist hybrid based of 2260v... Just find someone who is doing custom maps for every car, not someone who is uploading some shitty pre-made "stage x" maps. And don't forget your auto gearbox will be a huge limiting factor in tuning

@@deadlift4life1 I have found a local company that is well known but they ask 450 Euros for a simple stage 1 remap, and I won t pay that much considering I ve got the turbocharger almost free and the whole car price was about 3 times that amount. I ll order a interface from eBay with less than 100 $ and slowly learn by myself WinOls. I m aware of the automatic gearbox is limited to 420 Nm and from the factory the car has 410 Nm. I have a parts car with a manual gearbox and I ve also brought a spare auto gearbox. I m thinking on adding some clutch discs so I increase the holding pressure because I wont go to race the car and I love it with the auto gearbox. This is actually my first automatic car ever....I had over 15 cars and they were all manual and I ve got sick of it.

I have not OEM size tires so my speedometer actually reads lower speed than real. If you don't believe check draggy app. My nick is deadlift4life. Best run was 9.06s. 10Hz GPS is accurate, speedometer gives you only idea how fast you car is

Nie. "2019 setup" robił użytkownik lukbmw z forum bmw-sport.pl I masz racje podaje jak szalona na każdym biegu. Boję się na razie zapiąć 6tki bo jak było prawie 240 na 5ce to przy odcinie na 6ce powinno być koło 280 a osiągnięcie tej prędkości zależy tylko od znalezienia odpowiednio długiej prostej ;)

@@adamsobczak5769 Wibracje były, są i będą. Trzeba się pogodzić i przywyknąć. Zależy też od stylu jazdy, ja np rzadko butuje na maksa z niskich obrotów więc wibracje są też rzadko i dopiero od 4 biegu wzwyż. Zdrowe to na pewno dla napędu nie jest, ale w moim kombiku nic nie wymieniałem do tej pory i się wszystko trzyma, nawet dwumasy nie zmieniałem tylko sprzęgło Sachsa z 6łopatkową tarczą spiekową

470 CV ? Okok ben explique moi ce que tu as comme configuration car un 330 d stage 2 sans turbo hybride etc c'est du fake ta vidéo tu prend pas 250 CV de plus ! Et ta merguez se tirerai du chemin autrement !!! Voilà voilà ta une reprog un kit admission une ligne au pire mais ya pas 470 CV la dedans !!!!

@@EkoKolo_Katowice Dude that was end of 5th gear :) 6th gear I'm sure it will go 280-290 with no problem but I'm not felling confident going 250+ with blown suspension bushings and 2004 rear shocks hahaha
