It's worth noting that, prior to performing the repair, you can set the clock with a paperclip inserted through the hole around the knob, at about 2 or 10 o-clock relative to the knob, to hit the two buttons shown in this video.

Thanks! The part ordered and the procedure to remove/replace the instrument panel worked EXACTLY as shown. My 2003 BMW 325it's clock now is set to the right time, which was especially annoying before the fix after return to standard time.

Kudos. I just received the part and installed it. Quick tip, when breaking off the tabs, you need to make sure it's flush. Use an x-acto knife to carefully shave it down if needed. Other than that, instructions are on par.

Ordered and installed. Works as advertised. I now have a functioning clock again. Now to find some adhesive to fix the fabric detaching from the A pillars covering the front air bags ...

heloo, i got a problem with my car (E46). cluster reads/shows +50C all the time (no matter how many ambient sensors i'v tried), then i swapped the cluster and surprisingly it worked just fine (showed correct Temp). please give any ideas / solutions Regards

Wow I haven’t come across this issue, usually that has something to do with ambient sensor but since you already replaced that I’m puzzled 🤔
