@@keijonen92 my car was built after november 99 so I already have a double stage module :) you just need the wire from the m3 steering wheel then plug and play, also you have to code the ecu that it is a stage 2 airbag :p

Do it. Living in the US I was told to get away from used imports like BMW, so I bought a Ford Focus SVT as my first car, which costed me a lot of money down the road finishing with catastrophic engine failure. As my second car I bought a 97’ e36 328ic and it’s been so reliable , I perform all maintenance as well preventive maintenance, working on my Bimmer has been much easier than on the Ford or my uncle’s Toyota MR2. So far it’s got alright power but nothing like a supercharger to get it going. Currently looking to buy an e46 Touring.

ChaZing SlaYeRz I just started watching another channel (Car Throttle) last week and he has an e46 wagon with a diesel and he's making it into a track car. He's doing upgrades little by little to see how well each of them cut track times. Weird car to track, but impressive in that he went against his buddies e92 and was only a few seconds slower and seems to think that he'll eventually be able to beat the e92's time. I guess those diesels (another e46 that we don't have here) are pretty torquey? I wouldn't mind having one either. They're another car that looks awesome with the CSL wheels :)

Looks great! A Rockford Fosgate 1000W Punch Dual P1 10 Inch Loaded Subwoofer Enclosure P1-2X10 will fit in the trunk with slightly notching the bottom of the enclosure. Rockford Fosgate R500X1D amplifier pushes these speakers very well. Your Pioneer should wire right up to it. I have fold down rear seats if it makes a difference in measurements to those which don't. My subs are facing towards the rear with the amp mounted upside down under the rear deck.

We had a scrapped BMW at my work so I just pull parts from that one :) it is currently 9.6l/100km combined and yup I bought the car for around 3k but i've spend alot more to have it where it is now. I recommend to buy the pre facelift petrol 4 cilinder because it has the M43B19 engine and not the crappy N engine where you have more power but more problems. Only on the high power models. This car seems to be from belgium where cars usually don’t have over 170hp. There is a good chance this car is even below 150 (318d or 320d)

It is not very common to have subframe issues with the 4cyl petrol, on diesels it more common here and it is an m43 engine so yes below 150hp, first car... :( swapping is illegal here there are some ways to make it legal via importing and exporting but that is maybe something for the future :)

First of all this thing is beautifull!!Im really in love with your progress in your car and i really hope you make another one like one year later...I wanted to ask you.How much did this approximately cost you?I’m 16 years old and I found a job that i can work for 3 months(its a summer time job)and i wanted to wait maybe about 4-6 years and have enough money to build my own e46.Do you suggest me doing that or no?Any comment is welcomed
