They are generic ones on Ebay! Search universal side splitters and rear canards.

Youll lose about 20-30 hp and torque but tune idk

I have a e60 545i and engine and trans will last you 250,000+ miles but only things that will fail are the plastics,valve seals, and sensors

that car has a Y pipe to a single exit, I have an H pipe to a dual exit and no cats!
