Daniel Bennett Thanks! The innards of the 30i exhaust is completely different. The inlaying pipes are nearly straight and the pipes of 25i are much more curved to break the sound.

Thanks! It's just changing the muffler, the rest of the exhaust system is stock (cats, nox cats and center muffler). Now I've got the 325i performance exhaust, because just this one is legally here in Germany on my car. @@samiul2424 you won't find a new one anywhere, because BMW stopped the production. When you're lucky, you can find a used one on the german market "ebay-kleinanzeigen" but now the price raised up over 1.000€...But when the rules in the U.K. aren't as shit as here in Germany, go to a good exhaust editor and build a "performance like" exhaust from your stock one and delete the middle muffler 👌

Multiniggo also augenscheinlich erstmal nur die Unterdruckbuchse der Klappensteuerung, ob sich das Innenleben sehr vom 25i Performance ESD unterscheidet, kann ich nicht genau sagen, man müsste halt sich die ESDs Mal im offenem Zustand anschauen 🤔

Is it possible to get close to 290Hp with a 325i engine? I hear this engine is just detuned 330i. I'm on the verge of getting 325i and wouldn't mind to add some mods to get as close to 330i Hp as possible by the way very nice video. I hope you upload more

Black Panda Depends on the year. Starting from 2006 the 325is had 2500ccm. Later 3000ccm. The inertial wheel and other components are also different.

You can push the 325i over 300 hp, but there's a lot to change and just possible with the 3l motor N53B30. First you need the 330i manifold, deactivation of EGR, new exhaust headers with no catalyst, deleting the NOX-catalyst and a good software optimizer. But here in Germany the police would shoot you down instantly for this😂

Thanks guys for the replies. I'm currently considering a 2012 325i LCI Coupe. So I guess it is the 3000cc motor. If that's the case then some gains using 330i parts should be possible.

@@blackpanda7612 yes, the E92 was build with the N53B30 since 2007. But most power gains you'll get just with software, just check out my other video's, there's one on the Dynojet👌

Hey, yes the 330i exhaust is just plug&play on the 325i. Just cut off the stock exhaust and attach the 30i exhaust with a clamp. The flap will be out of order 👌

Grundsätzlich zufrieden mit dem N53, bisher keine Probleme mit Injektoren oder HDP gehabt. NOX-Sensor hat zwar den Geist aufgeben, aber das ist halb so wild👌

Ich habe selbst auch den E92 325 i mit dem 3.0l Motor. Also der N53B30 ... Jetzt zur Frage, wenn ich das richtig verstehe: Du hast also aus einem 325i einen 330i gemacht, Motortechnisch sowie Auspufftechnisch? Ist das überhaupt möglich, wenn ja was muss alles geändert werden und wo hast du es machen lassen ? Danke und Liebe Grüße

Also um einen "vollwertigen" 330i aus einem 325i zu machen, wäre Software, Ansaugbrücke inkl. Disa, Endschalldämpfer mit Klappe (Unterdrucksteuerung schon beim 25i vorhanden nur "tot"), Bremsanlage und Differenzial. Für die Nennleistung reicht nur Software, so wie ich das habe und für Sound empfehle ich den 325i Performance Endschalldämpfer zu greifen, ist 100 Prozent legal und Plug&Play, übrigens in meinen aktuellen Videos zu hören 😉

@@joshuariegel796 ich war bei ECS Performance in Krefeld, halt nur Softwareoptimierung ohne Hardwareanpassung. Mit Ansaugbrücke kriegst noch paar PS Mehr und bessere Drehmomentkurve hin, aber die ist sehr teuer und lohnt Preis-Leistung nicht wirklich...Ja Performance ESD wird nicht mehr hergestellt, kostet gebraucht 1.000€+, aber lohnt sich und den Preis kriegst du bei Verkauf immer wieder 👌

Im Prinzip musst du nur an der passenden Stelle den ESD absägen, den Alten abhängen und den Neuen per Schelle wieder montieren. Dafür brauchst ne Stichsäge und am besten eine Bühne.

@@d_yalcin Danke😉...Also ich habe die nur per Schelle dran gehabt, da muss man aber auf das Baujahr des Autos gucken, bis 2007 kann man nicht per Schelle montieren. Theoretisch könnte man die Klappe am 25i zum laufen bringen, aber ist mit viel Aufwand verbunden, hatte die damals per Fernsteuerung benutzt, brachte aber relativ wenig...

Prinz Vegeta Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Meiner ist aus 07/2007. Wäre jetzt interessant wieso das mit ner Schelle nicht klappen sollte und worauf ich achten muss? Inwiefern hast du die Klappe per Fernsteuerung bedient, wenn sie gar nicht funktionell ist? 😅 Sorry, kenne mich recht gut mit dem 325i aus, aber da der keine Klappe hat, ist das Neuland für mich 😄

Yes it is, also sounds great, but you will get better sound with the N52B25 than the N53B30

@@m_aciej there are many options. You can buy stock 35i/d exhaust, but you will need more parts for installing and working, or you can customise your exhaust into 35i Look and sound by professionals. I've heard the 330d exhaust should be louder than the 30i an also cost under 100 bugs

Beim Diesel musst du leider mehr umbauen als nur den ESD um an Klang zu kommen...den ESD tauschen bringt leider nur Optik 👍🏻

@@umut3666 kannst dir das so vorstellen, das im Prinzip ab Kat nur noch ein Rohr ist😂...ich persönlich Feier den Sound nich so, weil es überwiegend so ein lautes Turbopfeifen ist, unter Last kommt dann aber was an sound raus. Aber ohne Software wird es schwierig, weil zum Beispiel der DPF rauscodiert werden muss und so
