BMW F10 528xi bad transfer case, what happens and how to diagnose

Hi, i have a problem with my 2009 bmw x5 xdrive30 3.0 two times i change the plastic gears of the servomotor actuator of the transfer case, and like 1 year ago i got some water in the ECU (engine computer because of hole) so i replaced the ECU and i paid the programming and all again working but now my bmw doesnt run it runs very very slow and was the same reason of the plastic gears that i replaced months before but today was different i removed the servomotor actuator and the plastic gears look still brand new, but now i cannot drive my bmw like that so its already 1 year with my bmw in my house, so if i move the small front driveshaft with my hands will be very easy to move and if not will be 100% the transfer case to buy a used one from a junkyard, and i dont have any noise or smell in the bottom of differential adn when im trying to drive i feel like accelerating with Neutral gear its like very soft but moves only like some inches and if i go out to the street its difficult to get inside of my driveway again so going forward its very difficult and reverse (R) works better almost like normal i think, and i dont have transmission codes, i only have transfer case vtg supply error code and vtg oil wear error code, and i have the DSC, ABS, 4X4 errors on my dashboard and also i see "transmission malfunction" on dashboard or middle screen but indont have codes for transmission in my foxwell scanner i can get trans and engine normal and hard errors, do you have experience with this running very very slow with Drive gear ???

Did you get to the bottom of this? mines doing the same, very slow and hardly moves and the revs climb very fast.

Yikes. Time to change the fluid in mine then so this doesn't happen.
