Great video! Is it just the lighting or does the ebrake carbon fiber not match the armrest and existing carbon trim? It looks flat to me in the video.

They are from IND. they are a matte carbon. Not gloss.

Been following your build since day 1. I got an F82 Comp last year and have actually done a lot of the same mods (those M Performance interior pieces completely change the feel of the car). Clean, tasteful, understated ones that make the car that much better. OEM+ is definitely the way to go. Do you plan on doing dashcams? That's something I'm still figuring out how to do cleanly, especially a rear mounted one. I definitely want to hardwire and get a battery pack, but not sure which one to go with.

I appreciate the support! Yes, the m performance pieces are top notch. I normally would go aftermarket for stuff like this like I did on my STI, but it's so cool to see BMW offer these as an option. Perfect fitment and truly makes the interior that much better. I have never been a fan of dashcams. Never found the need to install one as I typically don't leave my cars in areas that would warrant one. Not to say I don't think they are useful, I just never found the need to install one in my cars.

Use needle nose pliers. Helps put the spring back into place much easier
