You don’t need a kit, they fit. Ideally you should use e9x m3 rear discs that have been turned down by few mm in diameter.

will the insert not spin in the caliper when thighten bolt up?

No, it will not because if it spins, the distance between the bolt holes would have to increase which is impossible because the mounting points on the car are fixed.
