12:55 is one if my favorite, weirder feelings of riding a bike. The way if you slow down and let a car pass, while you accelerate up to their speed and faster it feels like everyone on the road just stops for a little bit. HELL YEA BRAH!
@colbyclark24792 жыл бұрын
I agree 100% a weird feeling its hard to put into words unless you ride!
@forexsniper11643 жыл бұрын
I've noticed you're actually really strategic about riding despite how dangerous it appears. For example, I noticed you go between the cars that are less likely to change lanes, and the cars that are likely to change lanes, you give yourself plenty of space or you slow down a bit. It's pretty sick. Your a Street Killa Warrior!

@@yellowgreen5277 What you said. I survived my first 6 months on a motorcycle successfully because I assumed that everyone else wanted to kill me. If you are going to decide to go "faster" than most people on the road...you need to be intelligent enough to predict what they are going to do, what you will have to do if they do that, consider braking distance, look far ahead into traffic, etc...If you want to live. Our beloved Gixxer Brah wouldn't be alive if he wasn't a smart rider, despite his speed.
@Jmeez693 жыл бұрын
Lmao 18 squids liked this comment!!! The thing is alot of us can ride this way and get into a hyper-focused, hyper-aware, strategic, adrenaline fueled state..... We feel like we are in control and we pull off all kinds of high speed maneuvers, we avoid all kinds of accidents (until we don't) and have close calls but it really isn't anything to be proud of, if anything is is a problem!! I have the "need for speed" and i have to constantly check it... I used to do pulls on the 101 in Santa Barbara pinned in 6th at 160+ just flying in and out of cars and I would have to make really tight calls and It absolutely requires skill, and believe you me, I have skill. I ride socal daily and the track.... But I've been in 3 wrecks, and I'm not sure why your praising Gixxer brah as somehow doing it more safely then the rest of us? My man crashed a month ago at 100mph and could've easily killed himself.... We reduce the risk with skill but this kind of riding literally is "as dangerous as it appears to be"....Fucking hell

Brah, you probably know this by now but slick mode isnt any faster to my knowledge. Slick mode just removes most (or all) of the rider aids. Race gives you a few of them, sport gives you all of them. But you get full power in every mode (incuding rain, theres just a slight delay if you punch the throttle). Ive got a 2014 HP4 myself, theyre amazing bikes!

I use to ride fast, now I drive fast in all my cars. Especially my S plaid. I have to say, you're taking way too much risk in multiple scenarios during the video. You can't assume those cagers know you're coming up fast from behind and not pull in front of you. Traffic could slow quick or stop and you'd be done. Good luck bro, I made through 20+ bikes from Gsx-r 750 - Zx14 and Busas so I know what 200mph feels like on a bike.
