Sure! Follow the the process as outlined in the "using Keyfob for preconditioning" video, but select option 05 for frunk release. (link= kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6TPpYmEgLZ2gtU ). Note that newer models may require extra steps. Check out other videos on the channel too! Thanks for watching!

Does this only apply to later models? My i3 is late 2016 and I have the smaller screen. if I bought the larger screen would the energy grabs be available?

I think you can see the same ePower screens with the smaller screen layout too. Only the split screen view shown, with the trip computer screen also on the right side, would not be an option ( you can bring it up in a separate window though). Displaying two screens side by side is a feature of the larger screen. Thanks for watching!

How reboot iDrive? Please

There is no button sequence to reset idrive that I have found. I contacted BMW and they said the best way is to turn off the car for approx. 15 min or longer then restart, idrive should reboot on power up. I hope this helps!

Of course I don't recommend in any way driving and trying to record video. How else would you suggest collecting dynamic data for you guys short of getting an assistant? The video quality is not the best because I am focusing more on the road, for that I do apologize! Thanks for watching in any case!
