@@miked8754 I really like the hybrid concept here. Would allow me to do whatever driving I do locally in a day on all electric power. But other than that I don't know. BMW M5 has historically been a burning pile of garbage in the reliability department. Every generation worse than the one before actually. I don't know how that's even possible. Things are supposed to get better over time not worse. Still I want this to be good. Maybe reliability alongside performance is too much to ask I don't know. I'm in the market for a performance car but I think I might give this a pass. RS6 might be the way to go or maybe RS3 (different direction but still in the realm of 4 door saloon cars).

@@kokokoko3298 Yeah the spectrum of opinion is all drive you're right. Only opinion that matters is your own. Sure the king is dead whatever. Who gives a shit ultimately. I won't be buying it. In truth the M5 was never a great car. Every version was plagued by problems. Maybe the concept just doesn't work. Maybe it's impossible to have a high performance car that is reliable over the long term and is at the same time very durable.
