As you recognized, the rack is killing the looks of the bike but I get the functionality aspects you get out of it. I've been thinking about getting the 2021 model. Enjoy the rides and stay safe!

Saying the rack is killing the looks gives me a chuckle. Killing is a strong word. But I know how strongly many feel about the rack hurting the lines/look of the bike. But the function means the world to me....and Gizmo Biker dog :)

@@VROOMGOPAM No, I got the one with the regular grey color. Had to cut back on the extras, since I had to invest some money in new riding gear. I was thinking about getting the aluminum tank, but went for the spokes, small blinkers, alarm system and heated grips instead. Now I gotta save some money. Next thing on my list are the wunderlich crash bars :)

@@mrlellol1626 I hear ya! Modding and special factory options are a money pit!! Did you go for spoke wheels for looks? Aren't those tubed tires? I'm super happy with my tubeless tires & maybe I'm in a more rare group of people who like cast wheels.

Like the video and I'm looking to switch my 04 Fat boy for one of these , He's only done 23000 miles as it was a summer bike (Have to change x2 Harley tattoos) I'm kidding Lol 😊 I've got a Triumph tiger explorer for long journeys as the Mrs said it's more comfortable on long trips with heated grips and seats and loads of luggage space. But after seeing this I'm in love with the shape and can't wait to test ride one one and I know I'll love it! Just seen a mod for the headlight to LED which looks easy to install and like you I'm planning on the engine guards and sump guard & your fuel cap and oil plug cover looks good also. I just Subscribed as I got a real good first impression from this video and just before I go I also like the luggage Idea and would find that useful for work. Not enough people dig the old school look and seem to want ride around at lightning speeds and miss what ridings all about! A fast corner or too and an occasional quick overtake is good enough for me lol I like to get where I'm going in one piece 😁 Thanks for the video and remember Rubber side down 😎

I’ve heard good things about the triumph tigers. People love them for adventure. In fact when I bought a used Bonneville some years back, the bike owner was selling it for a Tiger to off-road more. The R Nine T is such a pretty bike & I love the roar of the engine. Thanks for subscribing. Safe travels and ride on!

G'day! Gasp and smile, your bike is a beaut! Googling the Ventura rack system brought me here.It's super versatile for those of us who venture further than the local coffee shop. Does the "pack rack" sissy bar detach if one is just out for a ride without luggage? Thanks!
@VROOMGOPAM3 жыл бұрын
Aw thanks! yes the tall pack rack removes. They sell a grab handle or smaller sport rack bar attachment that is shorter . You can attach that for a sleeker look in between touring. I bought one at the time and i can't recall the name of it. I can tell you I have never attached the smaller bar. That's how much I use my tall rack, even during city riding. It is just so convenient. Hope that helps!

Hello Vroom Gopam! I love what you did with your bike. Very impressive. I bought a 2020 R Nine T Pure a week ago. I love the bike and want to ride with my wife. However to do that, I need a comfortable passenger seat as well as a back rest so that she can be comfortable and safe in the back. Where can I get these two accessories for my R Nine T Pure. Please can you share the details? Thank You!
@VROOMGOPAM4 жыл бұрын
Congrats on your new bike. I don’t think any company makes a passenger backrest for the r nine t. That would probably need to be a custom project. As for comfortable passenger seats check out Sargent seats. Or installing gel pads. Enjoy the new bike!!

Hey...appreciate you sharing!!! Very nice and useful mods. What is your set up for the cell phone mount? Looks like RAM... can you share some details?
@VROOMGOPAM4 жыл бұрын
Yes it is a RAM mount. The RAM was previously on my Bonneville & I moved it to the BMW. The rubber part was worn & cracked that was needed to attach around the handlebars. So I cut a red rubber pan lid cover that I had around the house to attach it. Red rubber was all I had so I popped that on my R9t. Cheers :)

Thank you..: I just purchased one based on your feedback. I got the large size... hope it fits! Based on your set up... I wonder if the stem attachment would work for you. Ride safely!!
@VROOMGOPAM4 жыл бұрын
@@santo3120 I turned the RAM holder sideways which works for me. That means if you are using iPhone GPS the screen is sideways but I typically have the voice directions on in my bluetooth helmet. You can turn the RAM holder/iPhone screen upright too but it obscured my speedo too much for my liking. That's why I turned it sideways. I have the dual gauges on my R9t so my speedo is on the left. Depending on your gauges you might want to mount it on the right?

How does the fairing improve the wind? Was thinking of buying one as the wind is a bit much on higher speeds
@VROOMGOPAM3 жыл бұрын
The touring screen helps take the wind off my chest. I do get some wind on my helmet but overall it does eliminate some wind pressure. Most likely some of the other brand TALL touring screens would likely work best but I like the looks of the Daytona fairing better. Best luck with your choice. Ride on!
@fasthracing3 жыл бұрын
Worst possible luggage option, as it hangs right over the back of the bike making it unstable imo.
@VROOMGOPAM3 жыл бұрын
Actually you can fit the bag over the tail rack bars to either sit on the tail rack.....or for the bag to sit on the passenger seat. So if my bag is carrying a heavier load, I place it on the passenger seat. If I'm carrying a light load, then I fit the bag on the tail rack. It doesn't affect the handling of the bike at all. And added bonus.....since it isn't side panniers and instead is a tail bag....added bonus is more room to split lanes. Cheers!

Hi cute, and the wind screen is useful? have you put it to the test at high speed on highway? :) Please let me know
@VROOMGOPAM8 ай бұрын
It is useful but it doesn’t block as well as a taller aftermarket windscreen would. You will still get buffeting but it blocks some. Definitely better than the stock naked R9T in my opinion. And the Wunderlich touring screen blocks more than the standard
